Since 2005 we have been working towards a uniform Corporate Identity and a new design of the GSR logo. We present the new GSR booth, as well as the documents at the Hanover fair for the first time.

Due to the sales growth, we increased the number of employees and we modernised the warehouse & increased the size of the factory. A new two-storey office and a fully automatic warehouse should cover the additional demand in future. Production and storage area: approx. 3600 m²
Administration area: approx. 890 m²

The present director Oliver Niemann resigned. Mr Wolfgang Heil takes over as Managing Director.

The founder and present director, Mr Wilfried Niemann, resigned. His son, Mr Oliver Niemann, is continuing the business.

An important year for GSR. The takeover by Indus Holding AG from Bergisch Gladbach.

Due to the increasing expansion and in consequence of the growing product- and service range the building must be boosted again. Now we have 2800 m² production area and 650 m² for administration.

As a result of the brilliant business development, the demand for qualified staff increased. Further employees are hired. Because of this fact the company building must be extended by further 300 m².

Expansion of the building by a new unit with further 1000 m². Because of the continuously development and the close contact to the customer the product range can be extended.

Move into the factory in Exter, Im Meisenfeld 1. By the move the GSR-Team has now 800 m² production area and 200 m² for administration.

Foundation of GSR Ventiltechnik GmbH & Co. KG, Auf der Lohe in Bad Oeynhausen.
250 m² for administration, production and stock are for disposal.
